and color gold plated.
The machine with a specially designed case offers jewellers, goldsmiths, watchmakers as well as hobbyelectroplaters

Electroplating Plant PROFILINE 15
Universal electroplating plant for all current plating solutions, such as electrolytic
degreasing, gold, silver, rhodium and palladium baths; as well as
bathes without precious metals like copper, nickel or bronze.
The built-in Waste-Water-Circulation unit offers a fast and
economical recycling of the rinse running water.

Contact Plating Unit Picco +
The contact plating unit Picco+ allows a fast and spotless application of
rhodium, gold and silver on small items. Particularly for improved finishing
of fancily shaped blanks, findings, settings, and all parts which are normally
time-consuming to plate.
The rectifier is build-in a delicately designed stainless steel case.
Right voltages are easily adjusted with the clear LED display.

The excellently equipped electroplating department is used by many of
our customers who prefer not to plate on theire own, but have special
requirements. The modern electroplating department performs surface
finishing on almost every metal, and for a wide variety of industries. Experienced
galvanic operators monitor every step of the finishing process.
Quality control, surface layer thickness and colour are strictly controlled
through regular inspection.
Periodic bath analysis in our own laboratory guarantee a consistently excellent
deposition quality.
The galvanic systems support all common baths and precious metal

JENTNER-CHROME (brilliance and velour chrome plating) is specialized on
decorative chrome for series production.
Therefore decorative chrome is used as a thin but hard end cover. Usually
chrome is plated directly on the base material, moreover nickel (matt or brilliant)
as a interface layer for advance of the corrosion prevention and is used
for the adjustment of the gloss level.
