STUD SERVICE CONTRACT
This is to certify that the stud dog: Rippling Run Floden's Teutorix, AKC#: SR47092903,
was bred to the bitch:______________________________________________________,
AKC#:________________________________________,
on the following date(s):_________________________________, and said bitch is due to whelp on or
near the date(s):_________________________.
Conditions of Service:
1. The stud fee for this mating is $600.00 or the highest puppy price (whichever price is higher) as a result
of this mating.
[ ] The fee is payable at or before the time of mating by cleared check, cash, or Paypal.
[ ] The fee will be fulfilled by the selection of a puppy from the resulting litter as agreed to by both parties.
Terms of selection are as follows:
2. All fees are payment for the stud service only and are not to be construed as a guarantee of puppies. If
the bitch fails to whelp or whelps fewer than four (4) living puppies at birth, the owner of the bitch must
notify the stud dog owner not more than 65 days after the date of the last mating. If one puppy is born, 1/4
of the stud fee shall be paid. If two puppies are born, 1/2 of the stud fee shall be paid. If three puppies are
born, 3/4 of the stud fee shall be paid. These lesser amounts are in direct proportion to the stud fee of a
full litter of four or more puppies, in which the full stud fee (see Conditions of Service, 1., above) shall be
paid. If no live puppies are whelped, the bitch owner receives a refund of any stud fee paid and has the
option of attempting to breed the bitch again with the sire on the bitch's next heat. A partial, prorated stud
fee refund in the case of a partial litter as outlined above shall be promptly paid to the bitch's owner.
3. Owner of the bitch agrees to keep the bitch confined and inaccessible to all other male dogs from the
start of her heat cycle until the bitch is fully out of heat.
4. Owner of the stud dog agrees to keep the bitch to be bred confined and inaccessible to all other male
dogs until the bitch has been bred and returned to her owner.
5. Reasonable care will be given to the bitch while in the possession of the stud dog owner. Any
veterinary fees incurred during this time are the responsibility of the bitch owner.
6. Bitch owner assures that the bitch has current vaccinations and has been dewormed prior to mating.
7. The following items are needed prior to or at the time of service:

Additional terms:
8. It is specifically agreed that the stud dog owner is not obligated to sign the application for registration of
this litter until the stud fee has been paid in full or, in the case of a puppy fee, the stud owner has
possession of the puppy or puppies as agreed. Nor is the stud dog owner required to sign the litter
application if any of the conditions in this contract have not been followed or if there is a question as to
the parentage of the resulting puppies.
9. Transportation of the bitch to and from Floden Farm is at the cost of the bitch's owner. Floden Farm
agrees to provide round-trip transportation to and from MSP or FAR airport at the cost of $50 prepaid by
the bitch owner to stud owner, if needed.
10. Should a bitch need to stay longer than 7 days at Floden Farm, a boarding fee of $10/daily shall be
paid by the bitch's owner. Bitch's owner shall pay any and all boarding fees within 30 days of invoice.
Floden Farm has the option to apply reasonable interest and/or administrative charges for the time and
cost of rebilling to invoices exceeding 30 days.
We have read and understand the conditions of this contract. Any/all fees incurred in the enforcement of
this contract shall be borne by the party in default. By our signatures we agree to these conditions and
acknowledge having received a copy of this contract.
