family drama set in Northern Norway.<br />

Prize winning writer V S Naipaul while he was researching his account of<br />

nominated <strong>for</strong> the Samuel Johnson Prize <strong>for</strong> Non-fiction. Here he talks<br />

about the responsibilities and loyalties of biographer to a living subject,<br />

shocking flaws and all.<br />
