GAB Wrap Around Apron, Long, 30”
The Gibbins wrap around apron is made of Superthistle, top-of-the
range suede and of bull’s hide. Superthistle has been specially
designed for use by farriers. It retains its moisture and tends to
leather-up with use, and is strong and supple without excessive
weight. Apron is fastened around the waist with 1-1/2” belt and
buckle. Legs are fastened with multi-position, quick release snap
fastener. This style is open in the front and is sits lower on the hips
(low rise) offering added flexibility. Knife pockets are low on the leg.

The Gibbins Tear-Away aprons feature Superthistle leather. Made
from bull’s hide, specially designed for use by farriers. It provides
excellent cover around your legs with Velcro fastenings at the thighs
and waist plus a buckle to adjust the waist size. The large patches
offer superior protection and a knife pocket is located on each leg.
The legs fasten with a multi-position, quick release Tenax fastener.

The body of the Blake is cut like the Tear-Away but the legs give
extra cover on the outside, keeping the knife well out of the way.
Features a 2” webbing belt with a quick release fastener and
the patented Combination Leg Fixings. These combined with the
Tenax fastener and Velcro strip allows quick release and vertical
adjustment. Generous patches where you need them. Knife
pockets on each side. Brown color of leather varies.

The Gibbins Flame Master apron is made with flame retarding Nylon.
Apron has Velcro fastenings at the legs and waist, plus a buckle to
adjust the waist. Flamemaster fabrics combine state-of-the-art
technology in flame retardant finishing, with the durability and
aesthetic properties of cotton-rich polyester blends. The fabric will not
ignite, burn or smoulder once heat source is removed. It provides
effective protection against thermal and radiant heat and offers high
resistance to welding sparks while protecting the farrier from oily dirt.
