SPECIAL NOTICE<br />
Due to the fluctuating international currency market, the prices<br />
of items from overseas may vary from the price shown in our<br />
price list. Please contact us to confirm the actual cost if you are<br />
concerned. We can notify you by price quote before shipping.<br />
Raw material prices are also fluctuating causing unpredictable<br />
price increases. Prices in this catalog are subject to change<br />
without notice. We charge your credit card at time of shipping.*<br />
SHIPPING QUOTES<br />
Please note that the shipping rates are weight-based. Shipping<br />
and handling charges will be added at the time your order is<br />
processed. We are always happy to quote shipping for you.<br />
Feel free to email or call us anytime! Quotes are valid for 15<br />
days.<br />
ORDERING<br />
You may order by phone, fax, mail or from our secure website<br />
catalog at www.piehtoolco.com. Call 888-743-4866 (in USA),<br />
928-554-0700, or fax us at 928-554-0800. (Please do not order<br />
by email to protect your personal financial information.) Once<br />
you place an order with us you will be added to our mailing list<br />
and assigned a 5 digit customer number. To expedite future<br />
orders, please use your customer number when ordering. Your<br />
customer number appears above your name on your invoice.<br />
Minimum Credit Card ORDER SIZE: $10.00<br />
PAYMENT (USA)<br />
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Pay Pal,<br />
Personal Checks, Money Orders/Cashier Checks in US funds.<br />
Please see the "Overseas Shipping/Payment Policies" section.<br />
We do not accept COD’s.<br />
There will be a $40 charge on all returned checks/credit card<br />
transactions. These fees must be paid before any future<br />
shipments will be processed.<br />
BACK-ORDER POLICY<br />
Most merchandise is in stock for immediate shipment. Orders<br />
are processed same day before 3 p.m. MT. If we should be out<br />
of stock on an item, we will back-order that item and ship the<br />
remainder of your order. If you prefer "no back-orders", please<br />
let us know. We do charge shipping/handling on back-orders.<br />
SPECIAL ORDERS*<br />
All Special Order items must be prepaid. There will be no<br />
returns on special orders unless the item was sent in error or<br />
was defective.<br />
RETURNS<br />
Please do not return any merchandise without prior<br />
authorization. Returns must include a Returned Merchandise<br />
Authorization number. (RMA) Authorized returns may be<br />
subject to a 20% restocking charge. It may be waved if a store<br />
credit is taken instead of a refund.<br />
If you refuse any shipment (including being unavailable for<br />
the delivery company) without prior approval from <strong>Pieh</strong> <strong>Tool</strong><br />
Company, Inc., you will be charged a 25% restocking charge,<br />
as well as, the freight charges incurred.<br />
There are no returns allowed after 15 days. Absolutely no<br />
returns on Books, Video Tapes or DVD’s unless it is defective<br />
or was sent in error.<br />
DAMAGED/MISSING GOODS<br />
Please inspect your order when delivered. Report any damages<br />
or missing items within 2 days. Delay will affect your credit.<br />
Please keep all damaged containers for inspection. We will<br />
place the claim with the shipping company. Also, please check<br />
your packing slip to verify we have not back-ordered an item<br />
you might think is missing.<br />
DAMAGED/MISSING GOODS (continued)<br />
For Truck Shipments<br />
If you notice damaged or missing merchandise while the driver<br />
is still present.<br />
If you discover the damage/loss after the driver is gone, call<br />
the carrier immediately to explain what your inspection<br />
revealed and then notify our Customer Service Department.<br />
SHIPPING POLICIES IN THE USA<br />
All items weighing 150 pounds or less will be shipped via UPS<br />
Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Items weighing<br />
over the limits will be shipped by motor freight.<br />

UPS SHIPMENTS<br />
Delivery is between one and five days depending upon where<br />
you live. UPS (Ground Service) delivers Monday through<br />
Friday. UPS also offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3<br />
Day Ground. Saturday deliveries have additional fees and is<br />
available only in certain areas.<br />
Oversized Packages<br />
Packages which are less than 30 pounds but greater than 84<br />
inches long are considered OVERSIZED. Packages which<br />
are less than 50 pounds but greater than 108 inches are also<br />
considered OVERSIZED and additional fees will apply.<br />
Handling Charges<br />
We do not charge handling for UPS shipments. A $5.25<br />
charge is added only for each US Mail package. After adding<br />
insurance/tracking and signature, UPS is usually more<br />
economical and reliable.<br />
Delivery Location<br />
UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. Please be sure we get<br />
the proper delivery address, and indicate if it's a business or<br />
residential address. UPS charges more to residential (rural)<br />
addresses. We will ship residential if you do not specify. UPS<br />
charges an address correction fee. We will pass this fee on to<br />
you if you provide incorrect shipping details.<br />
COMMERCIAL TRUCK SHIPMENTS<br />
Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Please<br />
let us know if you do not have access to a fork-lift. Accessorial<br />
charges, such as residential delivery and a lift gate fees, may<br />
be incurred.<br />
Insurance/Handling<br />
All shipments are insured. Palletizing Fee: $15 each<br />
SHIPPING/PAYMENT POLICIES<br />

Payment<br />
We accept Wire Transfers, VISA, MasterCard, American<br />
Express, Pay Pal; and US money orders at our discretion. All<br />
bank transfer charges, Duty and Taxes are your responsibility.<br />
Shipping Parcels<br />
We require that all packages be insured. By default we will<br />
ship US Priority Mail outside the continental USA.<br />
Handling Charges<br />
There is a $7.00 handling charge to ship US Mail overseas<br />
parcels.<br />
Freight<br />
Please specify if you would like us to ship Air Freight or Ocean<br />
Freight. We require that all packages be insured. Additional<br />
handling and crating charges may apply.<br />
