<strong>Dear</strong> <strong>JLT</strong> <strong>Participant</strong>,<br />

<strong>Thank</strong> <strong>you</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>you</strong>r <strong>participation</strong> in the Japanese Language Tutor<br />

Program during the fall semester. I have begun assembling a tentative list<br />

of community members who would like to be involved in the program<br />

this spring, and be<strong>for</strong>e I allow in new community students, I would like to<br />

know if <strong>you</strong> are interested in continuing the program. Please let me know<br />

so I can reserve a space <strong>for</strong> <strong>you</strong>!<br />

If <strong>you</strong> would like to continue, <strong>you</strong> will need to complete and submit the<br />

application <strong>for</strong>ms again, as <strong>you</strong>r contact in<strong>for</strong>mation may have changed<br />

and <strong>you</strong> may want to reassess <strong>you</strong>r interests and goals.<br />

Please find included our Tutee Application Form, Student Interest Form<br />

and Program Policy. To enroll in the Japanese Language Tutor Program,<br />

review the Program Policy and fill out & return the Tutee Application<br />

Form and Student Interest Form to the TIUA office. The spring session of<br />

tutoring will begin shortly, so please submit <strong>you</strong>r application by<br />

Wednesday, <strong>March</strong> 9th.<br />
