FOR MODELS: JGZ AND JGU SECTION 4 LUBRICATION
Time since last Pulse - It is helpful to have a display of the timer timing so the operator
can see a change and show that something is happening.
Average Cycle Time - Cycle time will vary a few seconds from cycle to cycle. It is
sometimes helpful to display a cycle time that has been averaged over 5 to 10 cycles.
Total Oil Consumed - Total oil consumed can be useful to the operator to know
how much oil is being used for the lube system and thus how much oil to order.
4. EXAMPLE FLOW DIAGRAM TO CREATE SHUTDOWN
Figure 4-7 flow diagram is a suggested method of creating a shutdown within the
PLC from a cycling digital input. This is only a suggestion as there is no way of
providing logic for all control systems.
