Load Cell Quick Hydraulic Connection CEJN Series 116 - 1500 bar. Separately Purchased Hand Pump Kit (G-15282) is Recommended. Socket Ring Hold-Down Nut 2-3/4 in. Across Flats 2 (5700 mm2 15/16 in. Hex Spring ). 3. Minimum Stud to Puller-Nut Thread Engagement = 1.75 in. (44 mm). 4. Approximate Weight = 25 lb (11 kg). 5. Furnished with Spring Return. 6. Hydraulic Pressure Required = 11,900 psi (820 bar), for a 1-3/4 in. – 5 TPI Stud to Provide 55,000 psi (380 MPa) Stress in the Stud for a 100,000 psi (690 MPa) Ultimate Strength Stud Material, with a Stud Joint Length to Stud Diameter L/D = 11 or greater. THE REQUIRED PRESSURE VALUE MUST BE RE- CALCULATED WHEN USING OTHER PARAMETERS. 7. Put the socket ring on the hold-down nut and Bridge install the load cell with the attached bridge. Thread the puller-nut on to the stud. Turn tool down tight Washer against the frame foot using a wrench on the 15/16 in. hex to tighten. Pressurize the tensioner to the Hold-Down Stud Pin Wrench required value. Use the pin wrench provided with the tensioner and the radial holes in the socket ring to tighten the hold-down nut, hand tight. De-pressurize and remove all of the tool components.
