6. Remount the lubricator to the end cover.<br />

7. Put the Fenner drive and a new sprocket onto the shaft.<br />

8. Set the lubricator sprocket to the measured dimension.<br />

9. Tighten the Fenner drive hex to the torque value in Table 1-11 on Page 1-18.<br />

Note that the tightening action may cause the sprocket to move toward the cover<br />

slightly. After tightening recheck the cover to sprocket dimension, loosen, adjust<br />

and retighten as required until the new measurement equals the original measurement.<br />

10. Check alignment to crankshaft drive sprocket, with the crankshaft centered in<br />

end play, using a straight edge to within a 1/32 inch (1mm). If not in alignment,<br />

adjust force feed lubricator sprocket position as necessary.<br />

11. Install chain and adjust using the instructions given in “Chain Adjustment” on<br />

Page 5-31.<br />

12. Re-attach all tubing to the lubricator.<br />
