excellent across the board. The particular strength of our companies lies in the
fact that their products and services are unique and not easy to come by from the
competition.
As a strategic management holding company, we carve out objectives and routes
together with our companies. The companies themselves then set out on these
different routes – operating largely under their own responsibility. We can depend
on our companies! The reason for this is that they have outstanding executives in
the top positions, who are very familiar with their market and its challenges. As the
holding company, we maintain the required closeness by means of fi rm fi nancial
management and a regular system of reporting. We can therefore head off a crisis
at an early stage.
