5) Is a summary of inputs that were made by the service Provider in the
Alignment meeting, especially during November, 2005

8)Looks at Project Review. Here we have concentrated only on those Projects
which have been prioritized whose funding is cleared and are currently
implemented.
9) Performance Management System we have decided to include the Draft,
which is currently being done together with the IDP Review. This is to give
space for comparison and interpretation in term of alignment with IDP.

10) Financial Management Plans – We confined this to three-year plans. The item
is to be completed with the Budget Process and once all grants and subsidies
have been a wanted
11) Municipal Budget - aligned with the IDP has been finalized during February
2006 .It is attached as an Annexure. The Budget caters for IDP and LED
Programmes. Implementation Plan outlines the steps to be followed over the
next 18 months in order to implement the IDP
12) Compliance with the last Ministerial /KZN Provincial IDP Forum Comments.
We decided to place this towards the end of the document in order to give a
self – assessment of the extent to which these comments have been complied
with.
13) Annexure are mainly those documents that we feel should be seen by the
reader. Most are new and related specifically to Ntambanana Local
Municipality and this current IDP Review Process
14) References is a list of the Reference Material that informs the IDP Review
We have avoided verbosity, and chose to present brief text that explains it all. The
final IDP Review Document in June 2006 will be a perfection of this Draft.
