I have the honour to present electronic upgrading from another perspective and
to share our experience.
Many governments around the world decide to modernize the electoral process.

transparency, confidentiality, accuracy, accessibility for voters to participate in
the electoral process. When we talk about modernizing the election, we should
talk about the key participants that make election processes efficient and transparent.
First of all, this is an ongoing experience of service providing companies in research
and development which could help you solve the problems of government
representatives and electoral authorities. It is important to ensure high security
in the electoral process. We all know that security is the most important thing
for a transparent electoral process and public trust is also very important in this
case.
International experience can help you understand how the electoral process could
be modernized in your country, which has a specific electoral legislation and all
the other documents influencing the elections. It is very important for electoral
modernization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of resources, which means
re-utilization of country assets. Electoral modernisation can be managed using
existing polling stations; we can use the equipment from schools and other places
that are used for elections in polling stations. This is electoral modernization, not
just spending money, but using what is already available and moving on and applying
secure electoral solutions.
