NOILE TEHNOLOGII ÎN FORMAREA ŞI UTILIZAREA LISTELOR ELECTORALE. EVOLUŢII ŞI PERSPECTIVE<br />
Regular voters<br />
• Voting at regular polling station<br />
Article 5.1 stipulates that citizens of BiH who have the right to vote, pursuant to<br />
this law, have the right to vote in person in the municipality of their permanent<br />
residence.<br />
Displaced persons<br />
Voting at an absentee polling station<br />
• Article 5.12, paragraph (2) of the BiH Election Law: If a voter has the right to<br />
vote in accordance with this law, for his or her 1991 municipality, the voter<br />
may vote at an absentee Polling Station.<br />
Voting in person in the municipality from which they were displaced<br />
• Article 20.8 of the BiH Election Law: Until otherwise decided by the High Representative<br />
or the Parliamentary of BiH pursuant to paragraph seven of this<br />
article, a citizen of BiH who is a displaced person and has the right to vote,<br />
shall have the right to register and to vote in person or absentee for the municipality<br />
in which the person had his or her permanent place of residence<br />
according to the last Census conducted by the State of BiH, except in the case<br />
where the person can provide proof of a change of his or her permanent residence<br />
in accordance with the law, in the period from the last Census conducted<br />
by the State of BiH until that person acquired status as a displaced person,<br />
or in person for the municipality of his or her current residence, under the<br />
condition that he or she became a resident of that municipality at least six (6)<br />
months prior to the election day.<br />
Temporarily residing abroad and refugees from BiH<br />
• Voting outside Bosnia and Herzegovina by mail<br />
Article 5.21, paragraph (1) of the BiH Election Law: A citizen of BiH who has the<br />
right to vote and is abroad shall have the right to vote by mail. The Central Election<br />
Commission of BiH shall regulate the manner and procedure of voting by<br />
citizens by mail.<br />
• OCV voting in person at Diplomatic Consular representation offices of BiH<br />
Article 1.5 of the Election Law: A citizen of BiH who is temporarily residing abroad
