WELCOME
We are Victoria Warehouse, a unique, entirely innovative event space right at the heart of one of Europe’s most exciting cities,
Manchester. Built in the early 1900’s, the flesh and bones of Victoria Warehouse has stood as a symbol of this city’s industrial strength
and innovation for around 100 years, but it’s what’s happened under the skin that makes it a venue to capture the imagination. A huge
and massively flexible event space of over 10,000sqm means we can adapt to any event, a fact testified by the diverse range of people,
products and occasions we’ve played host to.
We’re proud to say brands like Audi, BBC 6 Music, The National Youth Music Theatre and Thomas Cook amongst others have chosen
us to stage their events.
It’s our mission to be the UK’s most creatively ambitious and forward thinking event space yet. We encourage clients to sculpt our
space, tailoring us around their ideal experience. At Victoria Warehouse inspiration has no parameters. We’re the perfect background
to launch exciting new projects or revitalise familiar brands.

HOTEL EVENT SPACES
Victoria Warehouse is still undergoing further development and have recently opened up
further event spaces to hire within the hotel building adjacent to the Warehouse.
The fully licensed hotel event space comprises of 2 areas totalling over 700sqm and can
host up to 700 people standing capacity over both rooms.

Our Main event space is the ideal platform for concerts that will go down in Mancunian history. Having already played host to landmark gigs with The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers,
Kelis, Damon Albarn, The World’s No. 1 DJ Hardwell, Happy Mondays, Katy B, Ella Eyre amongst others, we are swiftly becoming the preferred venue for old favourites and fresh talent.

FESTIVALS
Our labyrinth-like warehouse is perfect for in-door festivals with maximum potential and minimal audio bleed. Avoid fretting over Manchester’s temperamental weather in our venue
drenched with character. With multiple bars, tiered floors and a multitude of nook and crannies to be filled with stalls, installations and exhibits there’s also room for a potential 8 + music
stages. We have already chosen to host BBC 6Music’s first ever annual festival with Kelis, The National, Damon Albarn and Haim as well as launch of The Whisky Sessions which featured
3 stages, a Whisky hotel, a Movember Lounge and a Street Food courtyard.

JAMESONS CULT CINEMA CLUB
Jameson Cult Film Club arrived in Manchester under the cover of darkness for a special
screening of the 80s cult classic, The Terminator. Attendees enjoyed a night of inhuman
fun, as Jameson transformed the venue into the film’s famous club “Tech Noir” and
brought the film to life with sightings of Sarah Connor and the Terminator followed by an
80s techno rave.

• New York cabs, the terminator, homeless people from the Dystopian
future, roller-blading chicks in neon jumpsuits
STRONGBOW CRICKET CHALLENGE
Filmed for a national TV advertisement, Strongbow challenged the nation to a
Strongbow cricket challenge competition against some of the country’s top Cricketers
and transforming Victoria Warehouse into different challenge zones, with the main arena
turned into a cricket pitch.

SPORTING EVENTS
Often hailed as the ‘Sports Capital Of Great Britain’, Manchester is the magnificent home
to not one but two championship football teams, have trained multiple Olympic champions
at the National Cycling Centre, home of British Cycling, as well as hosting The Ashes on
multiple occasions.
The Victoria Warehouse which neighbours the Hallowed grounds of Old Trafford offers a
unique backdrop to stage a multitude of sporting events.

We are currently only using a small fraction of space available at Victoria Warehouse.
Multitudes of floors are available for one off art exhibitions, offices, recording studios,
radio stations, theatre shows…whatever you can envision we can make happen.

Smart Hospitality are the accredited caterer at Victoria Warehouse, offering unique, creative
catering packages tailor made to suit your event requirements. From a fleet of Street Food vans
to a gourmet sit down gala dinner, Smart’s food is delicious, honest and uses the best seasonal
ingredients sourced from artisan suppliers.

While you are welcome to bring in another production company of your choice, the Event Company
UK are happy to provide a competitive quotation for any incoming production requirement that you
may have from lighting, sound, video, draping to stage sets and full event production.
If the diary allows, The Events Company can also setup any production before your arrival allowing
you to walk into a space that’s setup and ready to go.
The Event Company UK are the sole contractors of all rigging services within Victoria Warehouse.

CAR PARKING
Depending on the nature of your event, we have a small number of car parking spaces
available on site. We also are able to provide upto 150 car parking spaces (subject to
availability) adjacent to the events space. Additionally we have access to a 2,000 space
car park an 8 min walk away from the venue (2 mins shuttle bus ride).
SECURITY AND STEWARDING
Does your event require crowd management, venue and event security? Victoria
Warehouse can supply security staff and stewarding to meet your event requirements
with our approved SIA registered security companies.
All SIA registered event security must be arranged with our approved security company.

FURNITURE HIRE
Holding a banquet, conference, sporting event, theatre production or film screening?
Victoria Warehouse can supply a range of seating and tables to meet your event
requirements, available to hire at competitive rates.
WI-FI
Victoria Warehouse has a dedicated fibre optic internet service offering up to 100Mbps
Wi-Fi capability across the venue (subject to giving the venue 2 weeks advance notice).
It has the flexibility to vary the bandwidth based on each event’s requirement.
