Christmas party for the children
Saturday 8 th of December 2007
Christmas is sneaking up on us, and we are busy planning the Christmas party for
the children.
Pencil in the 8 th of December.
Santa will arrive at Heimdal with his sack full of presents for our little darlings.
The party will start at 2pm.
We have decided to give a present per child this year. It is very important that we
receive you booking in time (No late booking will be accepted) as organizing all
the gifts will be very time consuming.
Cost is $ 12.00 per child (Includes present, drinks and iceblocks)
Music and games played by Kurt Christensen and friends.
The bar will be open, and we will have Aebelskiver, Gloegg, Coffee/Tea , Pastry
and hotdog’s for sale.
All tickets are to be booked and paid for by Friday the 30 th of November.

Café DANMARK
Friday the 26 th of October, starting at 6.00pm
Thank you, to everyone that puts effort in that makes our Café night a success.
It is fantastic to see so many new and old faces.
Our menu for September looks like this:

We can always a little bit of help with our functions and Cafe Danmark.
Is there a day available in your calendar, where you can help You might have some exceptional cooking
skills, maybe you have a knack for folding serviettes (Origami), setting tables up, have a good connection to
someone who sells flowers, sell raffle tickets etc
Please come and see us, and we can organise something.
Have you got some Danish DVD's and CD's, that you are happy to share, then bring them in, please.
Please see Alan at the bar, who coordinates our entertainment.
Also if you have art and craft, creative items you want to sell we can organize a stall.
