well-known and popular spicy noodle
or “malak mian”, a lip-smacking
combination of home-made noodles
and special spicy sauce, which you
can have with stewed beef or lamb or
pineapple chicken or even vegetarian.

appetizing dishes than with a refreshing
tea beverage, such as a steaming jug
of passion fruit tea or an ice-cold glass
of smooth pearl milk tea. In addition,

dumplings to egg pancakes, as well as

and feast on at Life Cafe.
The history of Life Café goes back
more than 15 years ago, where the
first original outlet was set up at Ewe
Hai Street in Kuching. It has now
expanded to include five outlets,
four in Kuching, Sarawak, and one in
Johor, Peninsular Malaysia. However,
until today, Life Café’s classical décor
with heart-warming themes of wood,
bamboos and lanterns at its outlets
has been consistently preserved
throughout… exuding a familiarity,
which loyal patrons can easily identify
with and love! But more importantly,
its concept of providing good food
and beverages, a variety of reading
materials, clean surroundings and
courteous services have been carefully
maintained and upheld.
