Only the finest beans from high-elevation plantations of the Excelso region are given the traditional
“full city roast” to produce a full, rich, mellow taste and fresh-brewed coffee aroma.
Traditional Roast 100% Colombian Decaffeinated
Our 100% Colombian Traditional Roast in a decaffeinated version offers the same, full bodied
flavour, without the caffeine.
Rich Roast
Produces an aromatic sensation of freshly roasted Colombian beans with an enhanced, richer
flavour and aroma.
International Roast
The alluring aroma and taste of a 100% Arabica blend, dark-roasted in French or Italian style for a
more robust coffee, reminiscent of those served in cozy street cafes.
Premium Roast
100% Arabica coffee beans are picked from the premium growing regions of Central and South
America. The roast master then carefully blends them in a smooth medium roast, the perfect
balance between bold and mellow.

Brewing Process
3. The green beans are
roasted to strict standards,
to ensure uniformity and
consistency, and then
blended.
4. Next, the critical
grinding process takes
place and each batch
is checked to make
sure it meets
specifications.
5. Then, purified water is heated under
pressure to prevent boiling and
introduced to the grounds for just the
right amount of time. Soluble coffee
solids are extracted to optimum taste
levels. We are very careful not to
overextract solids, in order to protect the
fresh brewed taste of Citavo Fine Coffee
concentrate.
