How Orders Are Filled
Get your order in by July 6, 2007 for best
seats! Orders with the most concerts will
be filled and seated first. Renewing
subscribers and members get priority; we
will attempt but cannot guarantee that
returning subscribers get the same seats.
Seats may vary from one concert to another.
Subscription tickets will be mailed beginning
in mid-August, no later than two weeks prior
to the date of the your first performance.
Subscriber Returns and
Exchanges
Subscribers retain certain exchange privileges
that single ticket buyers to not enjoy.
Subscribers may exchange their subscription
tickets for another performance presented by
Strathmore with no exchange fee. When you
exchange into a higher-priced performance,
you will be charged the difference between
the new ticket and your exchanged ticket; if
you exchange into a lower-priced performance,
we will place the difference on your
account to use by June 30, 2008. To
exchange, return your tickets by mail or in
person by 5 p.m. the day of the performance
for evening performances and by 5 p.m. the
previous business day for matinee performances.
Please call the ticket office at
301-581-5100 or visit www.strathmore.org
for detailed instructions on how to exchange
tickets.
Children
Strathmore welcomes children and families.
For ticketed events, all patrons regardless of
age are required to have a ticket. Patrons
are urged to use their best judgment when
bringing children to a concert that is intended
for adults. Some performances are more
appropriate for children than others.
Parking
For ticketed events in the Music Center’s
Concert Hall, complimentary parking is
located in the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro
each ticketed event in the Concert Hall, the
exit gates of the garage will be open for
30 minutes. If you leave before, or up to 90
minutes after this 30-minute period, you
must show your ticket stub to the Metro
attendant to exit. Valet Parking is available
