Appendix A Appendix A Calibration Certificates If a calibration certificate is issued for a stopwatch or timer, it should contain the information listed in Section 5.10 of ISO/IEC 17025 [4]. Some of the necessary elements are the name and address of the laboratory, the name and address of the client, the identification of the method used, and a description of the item being calibrated.
