By virtue <strong>of</strong> Article 10 <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Health</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Safety</strong> at Work (<strong>Jersey</strong>)<br />
Law, 1989, (“the HSW Law”), this Code <strong>of</strong> Practice, entitled<br />
“<strong>Manag<strong>in</strong>g</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Safety</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>Construction</strong>”, has been<br />
approved by the <strong>States</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Jersey</strong> M<strong>in</strong>ister for Social Security.<br />
This Code provides practical guidance for all persons who have<br />
duties under Part 2 <strong>of</strong> the HSW Law <strong>and</strong> are <strong>in</strong>volved with<br />
construction work.<br />
ACoP 11<br />
This Code <strong>of</strong> Practice shall come <strong>in</strong>to force on 1 January 2015.<br />
