5. The proposed 1.8 metre close-boarded fence screening the steps
along the rear, eastern common boundary (as shown on drawing
0224/6 received 24th March 2003) shall be retained and maintained
in perpetuity unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Planning
Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the residential amenities of the
neighbouring property, no. 13 Victoria Street.
