5.5 Consideration has been given to the requirements of Article 8 and Article 1
of the First Protocol of the European Convention on Human Rights. It is not
considered that the granting of permission would result in a violation of any
objector’s rights under the Convention.

4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking
and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no additional
windows, dormer windows or other openings shall be formed in the
extension including the roof (other than those expressly authorised
by the approved drawings) without the consent in writing of the Local
Planning Authority.

adjoining residential properties.
5. Notwithstanding any indication otherwise given on the plan hereby
permitted, the high level windows in the south-east facing roof
elevation shall have a minimum internal cill height of 1.65 metres
above finished floor level.
