Department. No part of her salary will be paid from appropriated funds.
Base Salary
Ianello’s base salary for duties related to coaching the women's golf team will be
$65,000 per annum. Her salary may be increased based on the achievement of
“Athletic Performance Milestones” described below. However, once Ianello's salary
reaches $95,000 per annum, it will be capped at that amount and may thereafter
only be increased by an amount not to exceed the percentage increase available
annually to employees of the University subject to the Conditions of Professional
Service.
Salary Increase for Athletic Performance
After the completion of a contract year, Ianello may receive adjustments to her base
salary for attaining the following Athletic Performance Milestones:
NCAA National Team Champion 15%
Adjustments are for the highest-ranked milestone and are not cumulative to any
lower-ranked milestone achieved. Adjustments take effect the next contract year.
In no event shall a milestone adjustment to base salary exceed 15% during any
given contract year. For example, if Ianello were to earn the maximum salary
adjustment (15%) allowed under this provision, her salary would be increased by
$9,750, to the sum of $74,750.
