Upper Barakar palynotaxa Scheuringipolleniles, Barakarites, Dentatispora and<br />
1'aramcciles have bcen recorded.<br />
In Chundi River Section, non-striate disaccates (Falcisporites, Alisp.oriies,<br />
Nidipo/leniles, Klausipo/lenites) are in dominance in association with striated disaccate<br />
pollen grains. Besides, few younger elemcnts-Goubinispora, Densoisporiles have also<br />
been recordcd in the assemblage, therefore. a Late Pemlian-Early Triassic agc has been<br />
assigned to dle sedimcnts. From Ultidhara Section (Gulgul Nadi) Late Permian palyn<strong>of</strong>ossils<br />
have becn recorded as the striated disaccate pollen grains are in dominance in these<br />
