Studied thin sections of rocks for organic walled microfossils. The recorded biological
forms show two distinct morphotype : spheroidal cells, and filaments with distinct
hollow structures. They are either solitary or arranged in groups. Asexual reproductive stages,
binary fission and budding are seen. In some slides palmelloid stage is preserved indicating
adverse conditions.
