TO THE DISNEY® PARKS
With Eurostar TM
Direct service on Eurostar to Marne-la-Vallée departing from London
St Pancras International, Ebbsfleet International and Ashford
International will take you straight to Disneyland® Paris (Marne-la-
Vallée/Chessy station), just a 2-minute walk from the Parks.
Disney® Hotels and Selected and Associated Hotels are situated a few
minutes away by free shuttle buses from the Disney® Parks and Disney
Village®. (1)
If you have booked your Eurostar package through Disneyland® Paris,
the Disney Express Luggage Service is included in your package. It is a
convenient way to save time as your luggage will be transferred directly
to your hotel when you arrive, and transferred directly to the station
when you leave, freeing up loads of time for you and the kids to have
even more fun in the Parks! (1) The Disney Express counter is located on
the top floor of Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station and is open from 8am
to 9:30pm, 7 days a week.

Approximately a 35-minute trip on the RER A regional train
from “Nation” station.
From your hotel
Use the free shuttle buses to get to the Disney® Parks, Disney Village®
and between hotels (except Disneyland® Hotel and Disney’s Davy
Crockett Ranch). Daily buses until late at night. Check for schedules at
the front desk of your hotel.

For the Disney® Parks, Disney® Hotels, Selected Hotels and
Radisson Blu Hotel, take exit 14 “Parcs Disney/Bailly-Romainvilliers”.
For Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch, take exit 13 “Provins/Serris”.
For the Associated Hotels (except Radisson Blu Hotel), take exit 12.1
“Val d’Europe”.
You can park free of charge in the Disney car park upon
presentation of your Disney Hotel easy-pass (see page 5), or the
coupon or card given to you when you check into your hotel.
YOUR ARRIVAL HOW TO GET HERE
BY PLANE, TAKE THE VEA SHUTTLE BUS OR
A HERTZ RENTAL CAR TO GET TO/FROM THE
AIRPORTS TO/FROM DISNEYLAND® PARIS
Take advantage of the VEA shuttle service between Paris
Charles de Gaulle airport or Orly airport and Disneyland®
Paris (1) (available as a payable option and not included in a
flight package). At Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, a white
shuttle bus connects each terminal every 15 mins with
terminals 2E&F. From there, the red VEA bus will take you
directly to your hotel.. At Orly airport, wait at the VEA bus
stop outside your terminal (”Arrivals” level). The red VEA bus
will take you from there to your hotel.
A Shuttle Bus also runs from Beauvais airport to
Disneyland® Paris (2) . Check with your travel agent or visit
www.vea-shuttle.co.uk
A Hertz car rental is an alternative transfer option which will
give you the freedom to discover the surrounding region
during your stay. We particularly recommend this option if
you are planning to stay at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch.

YOUR CHECK-IN
When you check-in at the reception desk, you’ll be given:
Your admission tickets to the Disney® Parks.
Your vouchers for the various options you may have reserved
(half/full board meal plan, meals with Disney Characters,
dinner-show and excursions).
The key to your room (check room availability board on the
opposite page).
At the reception desk at your Disney® Hotel, you’ll receive your Disney
Hotel easy-pass, which gives you free access to:
The Disney® Parks car park.
The pool and fitness club at your Disney Hotel (where applicable).
Extra Magic Hours (see page 7).
This card also lets you put a wide variety of purchases (including
restaurants bills) directly on your Disney Hotel invoice. Simply leave
your credit card imprint at reception on arrival (subject to
conditions. Please enquire at your hotel reception).

few minutes by car).
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
When you arrive at the Disney® Parks, go straight to City Hall
(at the Disneyland ® Park) or Studio Services (at the Walt Disney
Studios ® Park). The Cast Members (Disney employees) are
there to answer all your questions and advise you on which
attractions are most easily accessible for you, according to
your specific needs. You will be given a copy of the Disney ®
Parks Accessibility Guide. You can also view and/or
download it from our website:

Manually operated wheelchairs are available for hire (limited
numbers) at the entrance to each Park. Cast Members are not
authorized to escort visitors around the Parks or assist them
in accessing the attractions.
Visually-impaired: a special guide with extra large print is
available at City Hall and Studio Services. Guide dogs are allowed
to accompany you in our Parks (except at certain attractions).
SHOPPING SERVICE
Do your shopping before 3pm and enjoy our free
Shopping Service. Ask the Cast Member (Disney
Employee) of the shop to deliver your purchases
to your hotel or at Disney Village®. You can collect
them from 6pm. Service available for Guests staying
at the Disney® Hotels and Selected Hotels.

Meet ‘n’ Greet Disney Characters, with the chance of a souvenir photo.

allergies, a mini-guide is available on our website. All our
restaurants have a non-smoking policy.

Throughout the 2 Disney® Parks, Disney Village® and Disney® Hotels you
will find a large selection of restaurants.
And with Half Board or Full Board Meal Plans, you can save up to 10%* in
restaurants within each category (Standard, Plus or Premium) each offering
either a specially designed set menu or an all-you-can-eat buffet (see below).
The Half Board Plan includes ONE of your meals (lunch OR dinner) per
person per night of your stay.
The Full Board Plan includes both lunch AND dinner per person per night
