Project: Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution<br />
Segments (DCAPES)<br />
• Objective: Deliver all remaining warfighter capability called out in the April<br />
06 JROC-approved CDD.<br />
• Scope: Deliver new capabilities from predefined packages of user<br />
requirements. Requirements include new stand-alone, web enabled<br />
applications, re-engineering of legacy applications as well as minor updates<br />
to provide additional capabilities.<br />
• Acquisition Approach: NETCENTS II<br />
• Timeframe: Capabilities are packaged in eight distinct task orders.<br />
Estimate all packages complete between April 13 and April 18<br />
• Dollar: *DRAFT POE (under review)* Investment $46.9M<br />
• RFP: No earlier than 2Q FY13<br />
