• Phase 1<br />
• a) Accomplish Business Case Study – Identify process opportunities<br />
• b) Establish model PSO (Product Support Office) with BES project<br />
• c) Expand to BES portfolio/systems<br />
• Phase 2: Add other PEO and/or MAJCOM-developed Information Management systems<br />
• Phase 3: Compete for other DoD/Govt agency systems<br />
