Concentration-response curves for MB101 in the presence of atropine or naloxone on vascular smooth<br />
muscle. *P < 0.05 compared to control and # P < 0.05 compared to denuded tissue.<br />
Both compounds reduced systolic and diastolic pressures in a dose-dependent manner in anesthetized rats.<br />
These findings provide information for designing new strategies for the treatment of cardiovascular<br />
disorders.
