ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE The Council of the Municipality has adopted an organisational structure that consists of five Directorates - Corporate Services; Community Services; Financial Services; Protection Services and Technical Services together with the Office of the Municipal Manager. The Office of the Municipal Manager contains the cross-cutting functional areas of internal audit, performance management, inter-governmental relations, and local economic development.
