Indikation:
Acromioclaviculäre Luxation,
Fraktur distale Clavicula
Ziel:
Temporäre Fixation der AC-Luxation, Stabi-
lisierung der Fraktur durch überbrückende
Osteosynthese, funktionelle Nachbehandlung
Technische Lösung:
Anatomisch geformte Titanhakenplatte 2-
bis 5-Loch, Anwendung mit multidirektional
winkelstabilen tifix ® -Schrauben oder konven-
tionellen Schrauben
Besonderheit:
Am Hakenende befindet sich ein Loch. Hier-
durch kann ein Führungsfaden gelegt werden.
Dieser erlaubt ein minimalinvasives operatives
Vorgehen. Der Faden ermöglicht ein Hinein-
ziehen des Hakens in das acromiale Loch.

Technical solution:
Anatomically formed titanium hook plate,
two to five hole, application with multidirec-
tional fixed-angle tifix ® screws or conven-
tional screws
Special features:
There is a hole at the end of the hook.
A guide thread can be placed through this.
This allows minimally invasive surgery.
The thread makes it possible to draw the
hook into the acromial hole.
