Am Hakenende befindet sich ein Loch. Hier-<br />
durch kann ein Führungsfaden gelegt werden.<br />
Dieser erlaubt ein minimalinvasives operatives<br />
Vorgehen. Der Faden ermöglicht ein Hinein-<br />
ziehen des Hakens in das acromiale Loch.<br />

A guide thread can be placed through this.<br />
This allows minimally invasive surgery.<br />
