Personal Record Book
WHAT is the personal record book all
about It is a handy little tool and free
publication with three main purposes:
• To assist you and your solicitors
to establish the best possible
estate plan for you and your family
• To aid your executor in the
administration of your estate
• To provide vital information to your
family in the event of an
emergency or your incapacity
So, if you are interested, we can send
a Personal Record Book out to you
and provide advice on how to fill it out.
It is important that details are kept in
one place, are easily accessible to
your loved ones and that your wishes
are honoured after your life.
It’s a good idea to let the appropriate
people know about your Personal
Record Book.
At the same time, we hope you Will
consider in the course of your
planning, making a bequest in your will
and joining our new League of Friends
donor loyalty club.
If you have remembered the League
in your Will, you are already part of the
League of Friends and can let us
know where to send your invitations
to social events and functions by
calling 07 3358 8093.
