manage learn<strong>in</strong>g assessment system; manage budgets total<strong>in</strong>g over $1.5 million; prepare<br />

catalog and bullet<strong>in</strong> material; upgrade equipment and tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g aids; supervise academic<br />

and flight <strong>in</strong>struction; and supervise more than 40 department personnel.<br />

tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g activities and serve as FAR Part 141 Chief Instructor for all courses; supervise<br />

flight <strong>in</strong>structors and support staff; develop and ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong> flight tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g curricula;<br />

ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong> tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g standards of flight program; develop policies regard<strong>in</strong>g the flight<br />

<strong>in</strong>struction program; oversee aircraft ma<strong>in</strong>tenance program on University fleet; and<br />

oversee aircraft dispatch program.<br />
