SFCC has one of the longest-running creative writing
Word Power, Word Play NEW!
Learn to play in the realms of poetry, prose, fiction and
memoir. Organize the fragments of life into powerful
writing. Many writers just love all the different ways
they learn to express themselves. Easy activities allow
you to experiment with words and emotions, and go to
that place of surprise. Lauren will introduce you to some
wonderfully inspiring work by other writers, and provide
a chance for you to explore, then share what you write.
Open to seasoned writers or absolute beginners. Lauren
Camp taught this workshop in Mexico - at the San
Miguel Writers’ Conference. Her articles and memoir
excerpts can be found in many national magazines.
