In accordance with AHB (General Liability Insurance Conditions) 1989 and the specific terms
of YACHT-POOL.

Choosing the coverage, bear in mind
that the cost of personal damages can
get very high and that your personal
responsibility is unlimited!
Coverage extends not only to
the skipper´s liability risk, but
also to the liability risk of any
and all crew members.
Coverage for motorised yachts also includes coverage for sailing yachts.Motor boats with a top speed of up to 10 km/h may be insured
for the same premiums as sailing yachts. Property damages of the ship from gross negligence are insured by maximum
€ 1,0 Mio per year. The insured amount is maximised once a year.
SKIPPER'S ACCIDENT INSURANCE
In accordance with AUB (General Accident Insurance Conditions) 1988 and the specific
terms of YACHT-POOL.

CHARTER DEPOSIT INSURANCE
In accordance with YACHT POOL'S deposit insurance terms for charters.
The insurance coverage is valid for skipper and crew and for the amount of the hull-loss incurred up to the maximum selected
below. The co-payment is 5% of the fidelity bond or of the loss, whichever is less, but no less than € 50 per loss-event. The fidelity-bond
amount selected must not be less than the one agreed in the charter contract.

may be added upon request. The CHARTER DEPOSIT INSURANCE does not release the deposition of the bond at the base.

CHARTER CONSEQUENTIAL-DAMAGE INSURANCE
In accordance with YACHT POOL'S consequential-damage insurance terms for charters.
The coverage applies to the skipper and the crew for yachts with the parameters selected below:

Coverage for motor yachts includes coverage for sailing yachts. Regatta-risk is normally excluded from charter consequentialdamage
insurance, but may be added upon request.
CHARTER-CANCELLATION INSURANCE
In accordance with YACHT POOL'S specific terms for charter-cancellation insurance.
The skipper and all crew members are covered by the insurance. Charter-cancellation insurance takes effect upon our receipt of
the application. (This differs from the other types of insurance, whose time of inception is given below.) The coverage amount to
be entered is the total cost of the trip (charter fee + air travel etc.). No payment with previous illness.

You will receive a weather forecast twice daily. Please enter the desired region of travel and time period. You will find regions of

page of the application, or you will not receive your data.

PAYMENT
To effect our insurance you have to pay in advance. After we have received this application form you will get a bill. We
ask you to remit the sum indicated as fast as possible, for getting insurance cover.
The insurance year lasts 12 months after insurance inception. Exceptions: charter-cancellation insurance and
weather-forecasting service, which terminate with the end of the boat trip or at some other agreed date. Insurance
contracts don´t renew automatically. If you want to have insurance cover you have to send us a new application
