Power on 1 Turn on the Main power switch located at the lower-left as seen from the rear of the device. Initial izing When you first turn on the power after purchasing this device, a guidance display prompts you to set the panel's display language. ▼Turning the power on and off When a job is saved, the following message appears and the device stands by for selection. When a job is not saved, this message is omitted. Delete Job Y=En t e r If a key input is not made, this message will time-out after about 10 seconds and the device starts up with the job in saved condition. Under normal conditions, the display reads “Wait a moment” and is changed to the following message. Sys t em Vers i on 01A N=Cance l Chapter 2 Basic operations The message is changed to “WARMING UP". Warmi ng up nnn Warm up will take about 4 minutes (about 8 minutes with LP-1010L-MF). nnn: a count down for the warm up is displayed.
