Error code Description Measure 2104 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2050 I/O error (W) occurred in the connection to the host device. I/O error (RW) occurred in the device. I/O error (SEL) occurred in the device. Memory related error occurred in the device. Logical error occurred in the device. Socket related error occurred in the device. Command error occurred in the device. • Check the connection of relay units (HUB, etc.) between host and this device and the UTP cable, and retry the delivery. • Check that the communication parameters (set values) are specified correctly in the device. If the device does not recover from this error by turning the power off and on, take the following measures. • Check if the communication condition and protocol meet the specifications of the computer. • Check if the connection cable is defective or is connected securely. • If the error is not removed, please notify your dealer or our service center of the displayed error message and error condition. ■PDL warning Description : This message appears if any problem exists in the data sent from the computer. Measure : Remove the cause of problem, and recreate the data correctly. For practical measures, see the table. Note ◆ The PDL warning appears on the Control Panel, but it disappears when the next operation is performed. Consequently, you may not know that the error occurred. ◆ It is recommended that the “ERROR MEMO” of “DRAWING PARAM.” in the setup menu be turned on, so that the error message is printed on the drawing. 14-28
