Newton’s third law of motion: “for every<br />
action, there is an equal and opposite<br />
reaction.” In its most general form,<br />
we could call it the “universal law of cause and<br />
effect,” and it has a great bearing on how we find<br />
spiritual and mental tranquillity.<br />
As you sow, so shall you reap; or to put it another<br />
way, what we give to life is what we receive<br />
from it. No one can escape the operation of this<br />
fundamental law, yet the sorry fact is that very<br />
few appear to realise it.<br />
We can’t be healthy for any length of time<br />
if we transgress nature’s laws. If we eat the wrong<br />
foods and fill our bodies with all sorts of the<br />
artificial rubbish, we will suffer the consequences<br />
