In order to determine the opportunity to apply the postwelding
stress relieving heat treatment, they are used the
simulated samples with thermal cycles of welding at the
specific temperatures for thermo-resistant alloyed steels. The
mechanical characteristics of resistance to fracture are
determined. Finally, the correlations defining the optimum
variant for post-welding heat treatment are established.
The method can be used in the laboratories for technical
control within the companies manufacturing the welded
structures made from thermo-resistant alloyed steels.
