The invention relates to an installation for studying the<br />

therm<strong>op</strong>lastic stress relieving, meant for establishing the<br />

<strong>op</strong>timum conditions for reducing stress in the welded metal<br />

assemblies. According to the invention, the installation consists<br />

of an electrically driven movable carriage (1) having mounted<br />

thereon a cooling device (14) in the shape of horizontal parallel<br />

pipes (16) connected to a manifold (17). The cooling device (14)<br />

is mounted on the movable carriage (1) by means of a support<br />

(15) provided with a positioning groove (a). On a support (23)<br />

there leans a weld seam (c) of a specimen (20), said seam being<br />

oriented to the moving direction of the movable carriage (1).<br />

In the case of femoral neck fracture, according to the viability<br />

of the femoral head, one can use two therapeutic methods:<br />

internal fixation and arthr<strong>op</strong>lasty. The patent consists in an<br />

experimental installation for the experimental study of the<br />

stability of various types of implants used in the femoral neck<br />

fractures treatment. The offered installation allows the<br />

simulation of the actions that solicit the femoral head while<br />

walking.<br />
