BRAZING ROD made by silver alloy, with coating having<br />

deoxidation effects, deposited by extrusion. The rod alloy<br />

include Silver – C<strong>op</strong>per and Zinc, having the trade mark like<br />

BCu44ZnAg 698-810, BCu38ZnAg 650-750, BAg45CuZn<br />

660-740, and are characterised by the very high deposition<br />

coefficient, with ecological characteristics related to the<br />

covering composition, and deoxidation effects obtained by:<br />

addition of powder made by ecological metallic alloy<br />

similarly with those of metallic rod, having the grain<br />

dimension of maximum 0,1 mm, introduced in participation<br />

till 15 %; mineral mixture mechanical homogenised with<br />

EN<br />

2/3 Boric acid + 1/3 Borax dehydrated in pr<strong>op</strong>ortion of 35 ±<br />

10 %; mineral mixture mechanical homogenised of<br />

Potassium hydroxide in pr<strong>op</strong>ortion of 26 ± 10 %; mineral<br />

mixture homogenised with 1/2 Potassium Fluoride + 1/2<br />

Potassium tetra-fluoride-boride in pr<strong>op</strong>ortion of 20 ± 10 %<br />

and plasticizer made by carboxymethylcellulose in<br />

pr<strong>op</strong>ortion of 4 ± 0,5 % and distillate water as binder in<br />

pr<strong>op</strong>ortion of 18 ± 5 %.<br />

APPLICABILITY DOMAIN: Brazing of similar and<br />

dissimilar materials, used for complex solicitations.<br />
