Winter Wedding Package Number 2, which has a rate of €99.00 per person (inclusive of 10% discount and based on a
minimum of 100 guests), includes the following:
• Welcome sparkling wine reception
• Tea/Coffee and homemade biscuits on arrival
• A five 5 course dinner with a choice of main course and a half bottle of house wine per person
• A sparkling wine toast
• Evening supper with tea/coffee and Chef’s selection of sandwiches
• A late bar service fee exemption
The two reception dinner menus are as bespoke as the setting. Examples include Duck Leg Confit with Spiced Piperade
Risotto and Sweet Onion Jus; Roast Parsnip & Vegetable Soup with Chervil; Grilled Irish Sirloin Steak with Braised
Red Cabbage and Creamed Pepper Sauce or Roast Pave of Salmon with Garlic & Scallion Crushed Potato and Chive
& Tomato Nantaise. Tea and coffee are included, of course, as is a fabulous dessert: Delice of Bramley Apple Crumble
with Classic Brown Bread Ice Cream, anyone The second menu celebrates the fruits of the sea.
