Figure 5.60 indicates the comparison between the system and the simulated amplitude and phase response. Notice that even with a simple ARX model, the amplitude and the low frequency phase of the Bode plot of the system and the simulated model match relatively well. The phase plot of the real system and the simulated model seem to diverge greatly for frequencies beyond the cut-off frequency.
