By purchasing <strong>from</strong> TDP Limited it is assumed that the<br />

customer agrees to all terms and conditions.<br />

Delivery:<br />

Kerbside delivery only.<br />

We contract our haulage out to professional third<br />

party companies throughout England, Wales and<br />

Scotland (mainland only) therefore we are unable<br />

to fix delivery timeslots.<br />

Please ensure that someone with the authority to<br />

accept the goods is available all day on the day of<br />

delivery and that they are capable of assisting the<br />

driver in offloading the goods when they arrive.<br />

They will need to be capable of lifting heavy<br />

items. In the event that such a person is not<br />

present when the delivery vehicle arrives goods<br />

will be returned to our premises and a charge will<br />

apply. Products are typically delivered palletised<br />

on a curtain sided 7.5 ton truck (no crane) so will<br />

need to be unloaded by hand. Kerbside means we<br />

do not site our goods at your home, we simply<br />

deliver to the front of your property closest to the<br />

public highway.<br />

Any damaged/broken parts must be noted on the<br />

delivery note and reported immediately to TDP’s<br />

sales office on 01629 820011<br />

If items are missing this must be noted on the<br />

delivery note and we will then deliver them within<br />

a reasonable timeframe, this is not grounds for<br />

refusing delivery or cancelling an order.<br />

Our Drivers are not authorised to accept changes<br />

to our Delivery Notes or our Terms & Conditions<br />

or give technical help.<br />

Every attempt will be <strong>made</strong> to ensure delivery<br />

is upon the promised date, however unexpected<br />

delays can occur. In the unlikely event that these<br />

affect your delivery, we will reorganise your<br />

delivery date within a reasonable period of time.<br />

Your Right to Return:<br />

Customers who order by telephone, mail order<br />

or on-line have the right to return any order<br />

(excluding any bespoke, <strong>made</strong> to order, or one off<br />

items). This right to return extends for 7 working<br />

days after the items have been delivered.<br />

If the customer makes any alterations they will be<br />

deemed to have been accepted and not subject<br />

to return.<br />

The goods must be returned in their original<br />

condition as at the time of delivery.<br />

Returned goods will be inspected and refunds<br />

will take place within a reasonable time after the<br />

items have been returned.<br />

Refunds may be subject to a fee covering any<br />

reasonable costs incurred by the Company, such<br />

as attempted delivery costs in the case of any<br />

failed delivery attempts which were the fault<br />

of the customer, cost of items not returned in<br />

original condition, etc.<br />

Should you wish for us to collect the goods, any<br />

collections will take place <strong>from</strong> Kerbside with<br />

reasonable access granted to the Company and a<br />

charge will be <strong>made</strong> to the customer to cover the<br />

cost of this, this charge will reflect the true cost<br />

of collecting the goods.<br />

You can also make your own arrangements,<br />

should you wish, to return the Goods at your<br />

own cost and risk. A ‘Sales Return Note’ must be<br />

issued for this method of return. Your statutory<br />

rights are not affected.<br />

Should you wish to return the order then care has<br />

to be exercised to protect the standard of goods<br />

delivered until such return. TDP do not accept<br />

liability for goods returned damaged in transit.<br />

Rectifying defects<br />

Should any defect occur with the product within<br />

12 months after delivery please contact us in<br />

writing, either by post to Customer Services, TDP<br />

Ltd. Derby Road, Wirksworth, DE4 4BG, or email<br />

to info@tdp.co.uk<br />

We will request photos of any such defect to<br />

determine its cause prior to rectification.<br />

Where the defect is deemed to be the customers<br />

fault for any reason,poor maintenance or misuse<br />

of product, any rectification will be chargeable to<br />

the customer.<br />

Should a defect occur which is the fault of the<br />

Company, the Company will at its discretion<br />

decide whether it is more economical to replace,<br />

repair or refund, at our cost.<br />

If you do not give us a reasonable opportunity to<br />

rectify any defect we will not reimburse you if you<br />

choose to rectify it yourself or with a third party.<br />

Brochure images are a representation of<br />

our products. <strong>Recycled</strong> material cannot be<br />

consistently produced the same due to the<br />

differing waste material streams, therefore,<br />

colours may vary, although every effort is <strong>made</strong> to<br />

mix the waste material during the manufacturing<br />

process, there may be visible signs of varying<br />

materials within the finished product.<br />
