By purchasing from TDP Limited it is assumed that the
customer agrees to all terms and conditions.
Delivery:
Kerbside delivery only.
We contract our haulage out to professional third
party companies throughout England, Wales and
Scotland (mainland only) therefore we are unable
to fix delivery timeslots.
Please ensure that someone with the authority to
accept the goods is available all day on the day of
delivery and that they are capable of assisting the
driver in offloading the goods when they arrive.
They will need to be capable of lifting heavy
items. In the event that such a person is not
present when the delivery vehicle arrives goods
will be returned to our premises and a charge will
apply. Products are typically delivered palletised
on a curtain sided 7.5 ton truck (no crane) so will
need to be unloaded by hand. Kerbside means we
do not site our goods at your home, we simply
deliver to the front of your property closest to the
public highway.
Any damaged/broken parts must be noted on the
delivery note and reported immediately to TDP’s
sales office on 01629 820011
If items are missing this must be noted on the
delivery note and we will then deliver them within
a reasonable timeframe, this is not grounds for
refusing delivery or cancelling an order.
Our Drivers are not authorised to accept changes
to our Delivery Notes or our Terms & Conditions
or give technical help.
Every attempt will be made to ensure delivery
is upon the promised date, however unexpected
delays can occur. In the unlikely event that these
affect your delivery, we will reorganise your
delivery date within a reasonable period of time.
Your Right to Return:
Customers who order by telephone, mail order
or on-line have the right to return any order
(excluding any bespoke, made to order, or one off
items). This right to return extends for 7 working
days after the items have been delivered.
If the customer makes any alterations they will be
deemed to have been accepted and not subject
to return.
The goods must be returned in their original
condition as at the time of delivery.
Returned goods will be inspected and refunds
will take place within a reasonable time after the
items have been returned.
Refunds may be subject to a fee covering any
reasonable costs incurred by the Company, such
as attempted delivery costs in the case of any
failed delivery attempts which were the fault
of the customer, cost of items not returned in
original condition, etc.
Should you wish for us to collect the goods, any
collections will take place from Kerbside with
reasonable access granted to the Company and a
charge will be made to the customer to cover the
cost of this, this charge will reflect the true cost
of collecting the goods.
You can also make your own arrangements,
should you wish, to return the Goods at your
own cost and risk. A ‘Sales Return Note’ must be
issued for this method of return. Your statutory
rights are not affected.
Should you wish to return the order then care has
to be exercised to protect the standard of goods
delivered until such return. TDP do not accept
liability for goods returned damaged in transit.

Rectifying defects
Should any defect occur with the product within
12 months after delivery please contact us in
writing, either by post to Customer Services, TDP
Ltd. Derby Road, Wirksworth, DE4 4BG, or email
to info@tdp.co.uk
We will request photos of any such defect to
determine its cause prior to rectification.
Where the defect is deemed to be the customers
fault for any reason,poor maintenance or misuse
of product, any rectification will be chargeable to
the customer.
Should a defect occur which is the fault of the
Company, the Company will at its discretion
decide whether it is more economical to replace,
repair or refund, at our cost.
If you do not give us a reasonable opportunity to
rectify any defect we will not reimburse you if you
choose to rectify it yourself or with a third party.
Brochure images are a representation of
our products. Recycled material cannot be
consistently produced the same due to the
differing waste material streams, therefore,
colours may vary, although every effort is made to
mix the waste material during the manufacturing
process, there may be visible signs of varying
materials within the finished product.
