COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER SOLAR PROJECT<br />
The Waab Community Health Centers (WCHC) is soliciting for sealed quotation bids for the<br />
Community Health Center Solar Project which specifications is attached, from now to<br />
November 25, 2010. All sealed quotation bids shall be received by the WCHC Office no later than<br />
3:00pm on Novermber 25, 2010.<br />
Any person or firm interested in providing bid on the Community Health Center Solar Project<br />
may do so by submitting a sealed bid directly to the Waab Community Health Centers (WCHC)<br />
Office at P.O. Box 1010, Colonia, <strong>Yap</strong> FM 96943, or directly to the office located at the<br />
Department of Health Services.<br />
All sealed bids shall be addressed to the Waab Community Health Centers and shall be labeled<br />
"Community Health Center Solar Project", and shall incorporate the name and address of the<br />
bidders on the outside of the envelope.<br />
Sealed bids thus received will be publicly opened and read by the CEO, Waab Community Health<br />
Centers or his designee at 3pm on November 25, 2010.<br />
The Waab Community Health Centers reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any<br />
or all bids, including additives and deductive alternates in any order on any bid and award the bid<br />
to the bidder who provide all the needs and lowest price offer.<br />
