The new <strong>Flex2E</strong> is a fully automated blanket cleaning system for heat-set<br />
and non-heat-set web presses. <strong>Flex2E</strong> can be operated with either<br />
PREPAC ® or DryPac cloth. <strong>Flex2E</strong> controls the cleaning process minimizing<br />
the amount of cloth and solvent used for each wash resulting in reduced<br />
wash paper waste and minimizing wash consumables. <strong>Baldwin</strong> cloth is<br />
optimized for use with <strong>Flex2E</strong> increasing the number of washes to over<br />
300 washes per roll.<br />
The cleaning process is controlled by <strong>Flex2E</strong> Auto-Wash software that automatically<br />
adjusts wash parameters based on the number of impressions<br />
