Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the CAFB warehouse and office facilities;
Major Responsibilities/Activities
• General maintenance tasks to include: lighting fixtures, painting, marking
floors, door repairs, corking areas, loading dock repairs
• Outside building touchups which includes fire stairwell building side painting,
and or any;
• Drives to various locations as needed
• Maintains temperature of facility;
• Maintains pest control log;
• other duties as may be assigned
Minimum Requirements
• HS Diploma
• 3 – 5 years experience in a Warehouse facility
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Must be able to read, write, speak English
• Ability to operate a forklift – will train
• Understanding of food distribution
• Exhibits good customer service skills
• Ability to interact with multiple workforce layers
• Experience working in diverse environments
• Demonstrates knowledge of quality assurance and the tracking of completed
work orders
Essential Physical Functions
Lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling to include the following:
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Climb ladders
• Drive a vehicle
• Walk up ramps
WORKING CONDITIONS
• General warehouse and office environment.
• Frequent exposure to changes in temperature conditions
