Strengthening the Retail Network<br />

The <strong>Group</strong> aims to maximize cash generation from its core retail channel by growing Gross Win while carefully<br />

managing costs. To optimize the betting experience, the <strong>Group</strong> monitors its retail network and regularly adjusts<br />

the number and location of retail betting shops where <strong>Fortuna</strong> products are sold. The <strong>Group</strong> continuously<br />

upgrades the locations, facilities, equipment and size of its retail betting shops.<br />

The <strong>Group</strong> plans to further optimize the number of betting shops in Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.<br />

The <strong>Group</strong> also intends to increase the number of “Partner” betting outlets in order to decrease fixed costs.<br />

<strong>Fortuna</strong> intends to increase the number of products on offer in shops in order to attract more customers and to<br />

extend their dwell time and spend on each visit to a shop. In addition, the Company intends to introduce more<br />

live and virtual products, improve its media presentation, and enhance its shop designs and the potential for the<br />

<strong>Fortuna</strong> info-channel to promote additional betting opportunities. The Company seeks to expand and improve<br />

betting opportunities available to customers while maintaining the integrity of its risk management system.<br />

The <strong>Group</strong> intends to offer live-streaming and virtual sports betting through machines, including horseracing,<br />

football, basketball and speedway in some of its betting shops.<br />

Lottery Project in the Czech Republic<br />

One of the most important strategic initiatives of the <strong>Group</strong> is the development and operation of the numerical<br />

lottery in the Czech Republic.<br />

A detailed description of the lottery project and its current development can be found in Chapter 3.3.<br />

Promotion of Brand Loyalty<br />

The <strong>Group</strong> seeks to promote brand loyalty amongst its customers. <strong>Fortuna</strong> operates a large scale <strong>Fortuna</strong> Klub<br />

Plus Loyalty Programme in betting shops in all the countries in which it operates.<br />

The management aims to improve the level of customer service it provides in all of its retail shops and anticipates<br />

that this will be a key differentiator between the <strong>Group</strong>’s retail shops and those of its competitors. The <strong>Group</strong><br />

is further improving the <strong>Fortuna</strong> Klub Plus members’ service through continual enhancement of the CRM system<br />

implemented in 2010. The system is intended to improve customer relationships with the <strong>Group</strong> while building<br />

higher brand loyalty and providing a targeted customer communication plan with the focus on activating and<br />

tracking customer spending.<br />
