Raab Karcher
I take care of delivering our customer’s orders.
Every day, my work consists of: checking
the quantities stated on the delivery slips,
loading the goods within specified loading
limits, and making deliveries to customers
on time and to schedule. I am continuously
in contact with customers. Being customerfocused
and maintaining a good relationship
is very important.”
* LTIR: lost-time incident rate, defined as more than 24 hours’ lost time for employees of the Building Distribution Sector.
